RAYMOND J. SELIGMAN, ESQ.

Ray Seligman is the senior founding partner with the firm of Silverman, Silverman & Seligman, P.C. A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Albany Law School, the majority of his practice with Silverman Law is limited to Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability and personal injury. He is a member of the NYS Bar Association, the Injured Workers’ Bar Association, the Workers’ Compensation Alliance, various local bar associations and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives. He is the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation committee of the Albany County Bar Association and has attended tens of thousands of administrative hearings on behalf of injured and disabled individuals.

Sunny Lee is a partner with Silverman Law. A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo (1985) and Albany Law School (1992), she has been with the firm of Silverman, Silverman & Seligman, P.C. since 1994. She serves as an officer with the Injured Workers’ Bar Association and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. She is an Executive Board Member of the Workers’ Compensation Alliance, and is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives.

LISA M. TUMMINELLI, ESQ.

Lisa Tumminelli is a graduate of Catholic University of America and Albany Law School. At Silverman Law, the majority of her practice is limited to Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Veterans Benefits and personal injury. She is a member of the NYS Bar Association, the Injured Workers’ Bar Association, the Schenectady Bar Association, Bar for the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives. She is the past chair of the Social Security Section of the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association) and past chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section for the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association).

JAMES E. DUFFY, ESQ.

James E. Duffy is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton and Albany Law School, the majority of his practice focuses on claims for Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability benefits. He is a member of the NYS Bar Association, Albany County and Schenectady County Bar Associations, the Injured Workers’ Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives.
